Born in Perugia in  1957. Sergio graduated in Civil Engineering in 1982. He lives in Perugia where he carries out his freelance activity as associate and legal representative of the company  TEKNOS SRL.
He deals with structures, prevention and protection design– planning and execution coordination. Qualified to perform duties of security coordinator, fire prevention , works design and implementation.
